Graduation-day

Day five at Space Camp and graduation day! Good morning Space Camp! Best view ever! Electrical - flash light We started the day with a double split, where we could choose one of two activities. I chose Electrical with Tribo! We got to make our own flashlight from scratch and I loved it. I had not done this before and it made me want to learn more. Educator Breakout box Later it was time for Educator Breakout Box. Here we got 30 minutes to find and complete tasks that gave us codes to a suitcase. This I will definitely try on my students later on.  We found some pieces to the puzzle in the trash can. Later on we learned that we actually skipped some clues when we found this. There were 3 locks and we figured out the first ones easy. The second two were more difficult. I suggested we use a hint card, that helped. We found QR-codes all over the room and each was linked to a web-page to give us clues! Yeyh!! We did it before we

5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 - Lift off... Day 4

Day 4 and finally time for the rocket launch!!  All the rockets we made yesterday was packed and almost ready to launch.  We were all eager to launch our rockets. When we arrived the Launch area we had to put an explosive device in to our rockets.  Finally, my rocket was complete and ready to launch.  We fastened our rocket to the rocket-launch.  Team Harmony had to take another group picture to remember this beautiful day! Go Team Harmony!  When all the rockets were ready, one by one went and fired their own rocket. Ready for take-off. T- minus 5 seconds. .5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 We have a lift off.
